“Caught these boys closing on a Sunday night. Hop and Sting has two bartenders and 15 beers on tap. No real bar but some tables to sit at. T-shirts and hats here for sale. Beer to go including cans, crowlers, and growlers. Nice older pop rock on the radio. Glad I came here! Cheers!“

“Visited on a Thursday afternoon before a flight. Located near gate D20, this is a sprawling two story restaurant. For an airport, spacious with some room to stretch out. Long tap list, that was accurate to the list provided on the website (always appreciated). Service was friendly, though as others have noted, zero knowledge of beers (I can't even imagine how hard it is to staff airport restaurants). By airport standards, this place is greatly appreciated. I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Odd place on the quiet side of a busy strip mall in Grapevine. My favorite cheapy bbq place is 5 minutes out & they sell singles & it isn't Total Wine, so it's sort of a win. Corner store, but it's a very slender place, maybe 3 feet in between coolers that start at the door & wine racks in the middle(that also start right at the door). Barely any room to turn around here. Singles in the cooler to your left, turn to six packs from middle on. Easily 10 doors worth of beer packed tight. Right side is all wine, except there is a righ tside shelf about 5.5ft up for meads. They had like 7 Schramms plus two locals & I am poor. Cider selection is pathetic, just Bishop & Austin 6 packs, more wine in the back, don't bother. Owner very willing to help, sort of knows craft, but is always eyeballing his camera station & jumping on people with kindness. Fair prices across the board. Noticed that prices for lots of things were low in Dallas, except craft beer. $2.99 New Belgium Ranger 24oz cans, or $14 local 6ers. Gas is cheap, I can buy a solo plate of brisket for $12, a whole watermelon for $4, but good coffee is $14.99 for 12oz. Anyway, okay-ish place since you're not in Dallas proper. Easy in, easy out.“

“Plenty of taps and not that much of an atmosphere. Lots of usual suspects, but Lakewood Temptress was nice. Food looked dreadful so I resisted despite being hungry. Expensive as expected. Very good I guess for an airport bar, but not something I'd recommend in the wild.“

“One of the best taplists at any airport I've been to. The taplist is impressive for an airport, and wouldn't be too bad in a city centre either. The only problem here: no flights or small pours whatsoever! With 40+ taps and so many to choose from, it's really annoying that you have to order 16 oz of most pours (13 oz for big beers). Staff will do up to 2 tasters at least. Prices are rather high (almost $10 for each of the beers I ordered), but I guess that's expected at airport bars. It's an airport bar, so don't expect top-notch beer knowledge from the servers, but if you're stuck in an airport on a layover (like I was), this is pretty sweet. Worth visiting when waiting for your flight at DFW.“

“Definitely the best beer selection in DFW. Pricey AF but so is TGI Fridays. Need to teach the bartenders about beer. Clueless.“

“Walking distance from the touristy area on Main street. Seating indoor and out with access to the same bar from either side. No less than 10 beers on tap and also six packs to go.Decent parking. Vaqueros BBQ is the current food resident but other food trucks make an appearance from time to time.“

“Came here on 2.12.2019. Never thought I will add an airport beer place. Have been to a few Flying Saucers but did not expect one at Terminal D of Dallas Airport. 2 bars on ground and first floor. Around 50 beers on tap and same amount in cans/bottles. Had a Rogue Dead guy and a Hey Day from Great Divide (can). Service was extremely friendly and ambiance very airport unlike. One of the best airport beer bars I have been to in the US.“

“Stopped in on a Friday afternoon, nice crowd on hand. Plenty of parking in their lot. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The bar is located between both areas, makes it convenient for either side. Glass walls to see the brewing facility. Plenty of their beers on tap, so we tried a sampler. Definitely worth a stop if in the area.“

“Came here on 5.8.2018. Nice brewpub with an outside beer garden. Unfortunately it had 100 degrees when I visited. Inside it is great too. Ground and first floor have a good view to the brewhouse. 10 beers on tap and a few in cans. Had a Berliner Weiße, quite ok. Overall a really nice surprise.“

“Very cool taproom in a medium to large production brewery in Grapevine...hit the place on the way to a nearby business dinner...so squeezed it in on a business trip (always a win!). Great outdoor space...would love to return on a busy weekend with a crowd. The place is the star...the beers very good...but not amazing for the most part...but that's ok...definitely worth a stop. The oatmeal stout and double IPA were pretty good. They were also featuring a "Taproom Series"...loved the Hydro Thunder IPA and Morning Haze IPA. Just NW of DFW..so an easy Uber if you're flying in or out and don't have a car. Check it out.“

“Came here on 3.4.2018. This is a pub chain with locations all over the US, a lot of them in Texas. A bit commercial but with a nice beer selection of mainly Texan beers. I had a Session IPA from Deep Ellum and a cask IPA. Large dark room with many TV’s on the ceiling and tables for larger groups. I had a Bison Burger which was mediocre.“

“This was a pleasant surprise. I never envisioned Grapevine, Texas as the spot for such a cool spot. In what seems like a brand new space, with a surprisingly large production area, nicely appointed bar and two-story seating area overlooking some brand new brewing equipment, and a well assembled outdoor seating area, what else could you ask for? Oh, a bartender if asks if I’m prior military then gives me a discount? Check! Oh ... good beer? Yeah, all the ones I tried on two visits were very good to exceptional. I’ll be back! Brewery #807.“

“Visited late afternoon on a Monday. Brand spanking new building, with a decent sized parking lot. The entry is through the side beer garden. Tasting room is smallish, though the space is used well with 6 seats at the bar, and five 6 top tables plus a couple of smaller tables. There is also a second level loft area with more space, and a bunch of seating in the beer garden. Decent crowd for late on a Monday afternoon. 10 house beers on. A couple of bar snacks available, and a listing for daily food trucks. Beers are offered as 4 beer tasters, 16 oz, 10 oz and 5 oz individual pours available. Concrete brick metal and wood aesthetic. Brewery nicely showcased behind window. Nicely done, can tell there was a big investment.

76 = ★★★ (Worth the visit, must for locals, and visitors with time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Yeah, this place is pretty awesome. Closest brewery to the massive DFW airport which helps my causes. Large modern rap room, nice patio. Food truck seems like the food of choice. I had a few beers, all of which where beyond solid. Friendly service . This place is legit. Must visit.“

“Visited here in mid January ’16 while in the area for business. Located in a kind of industrial park area, sparkly new tap room with a nice casual, semi-industrial/semi lake cabin interior. Two stories and a patio to choose from. Big windows look in on the brewing equipment. Have about a dozen on tap, their regulars that you see in the Metroplex plus a few other rotating sections. When I visited, they seemed to be of the higher ABV variety, winter warmer, Imperial Stout and a Double IPA. The four half-pints I had were solid. Samplers, half pints, pints and growers all available. Great service, prompt, talkative, but not overbearing. No food of their own available, but they have rotating food trucks. Worth another visit when I am in the area!“

“After driving for two hours the previous day in crappy traffic for some mediocre barbecue (which three sources listed as among the best in the Dallas area), I figured I wouldn’t get on the freeway again. I did a search for best chili in Dallas and found this place--which was only minutes away from my hotel. A lot of folks on the net said the chili wasn’t as good as it once was, but it had won a prize in some chili cook off. The website didn’t list any beers on tap, so I thought the place may be in a dry county. Well, I sure as hell wasn’t gonna get on the freeway again, so closeness seemed more important than alcohol. I found the place very easily. It was in a little town. I went in and the waiter gave me a tap list: 38 craft beers on tap! Hell yes! And the chili was great--and spicy, and inexpensive. The waiter was familiar with the beer on the tap list and suggested some local brews--that were very good. They even had real ale! When I was in the middle of my second beer, I started looking around the bar. They had a small stage--with some microphones, lights etc. By the stage was a large poster. I couldn’t read some of it, but it said something about live music, two dollar cover, Friday night . . .. I figured, "Why even charge a cover if you’re only gonna make two bucks?" Then I looked carefully and was able to read more of the poster. It was from 1977. The two dollar cover was for Triple Threat. "Must have been some prominent local band," I figured. Underneath was something that was really hard to read because the lettering was in silver. I took a closer look and it said "featuring Stevie Vaughn." How cool is that! I suppose the two dollar cover netted him enough cash to buy a middle name. Great little place! I would be happy to visit again.“

“Management always keeps a variety of selection on tap. They make sure to have domestics, nationally recognized craft beers as well as regional craft beers on tap. As all the other places around Red Robin Grapevine are packed, you can get just as good a selection here and have a more enjoyable time. Best kept secret!“

“Korner store vibe. They have a LEGIT selection, but you’ll pay - they usually don’t have many good deals. They people that I’ve seen working there don’t know squat about beer because they don’t drink, so the service sucks. I go here anyway because the selection is that good.“

“i have shopped here a few times and every time i have been here i have had GREAT service. at first it seems sorta crammed but after walking through the store the selection is actually very good and can find MANY rare beers i have not seen locally. i don’t believe you can split up six packs however they have a big selection of singles.“

“This little diamond in the rough has a great selection of craft brews as well as a full compliment of other beers from around the world. If you request something the owner Ric will get it for you. Prices are very reasonable and it’s my #1 location to purchase good beer.“
