“Places like this are why I love Texas. About an hour north of Austin, off the interstate, you can find a fully functioning German restaurant, buffet, and biergarten, with German and Texas German-influenced craft beers on tap and in bottles. You can also find great food, live music, and the kind of place where whole families come to dance, play beanbags, holler, yodel, drink beer, eat, and generally have a damned good time. I know I did. Not a hipster in sight -- just friendly people, hefeweissen, and accordions. Prosit!“
