“Pretty cool brewery - what may be Virginia's remotest brewery. Open place with some cool old trains behind the facility. They do flights, with a few styles available. Lots of fruit sours and IPAs like most trendy breweries these days. Beers are mostly above average. Service friendly. Definitely worth a stop in the area. If you are in the area, ha.“

“Repurposed garage. Industrial look. Wide open and bright. Plenty of bar seating with a wood slab top. Clean place. Good selection of beers which are solid. Pub grub done really well. Busy place with serious mix of clientele. Yups, blue collar, white collar and a pack of 1%s to boot! Clean pissery too. Outdoor patio with live music certain evenings. Corn hole and bocce courts! Probably the most impressive part was the service. Not sure I’ve ever had such pleasant and caring service. Well worth a stop if in the area.“

“An Irish-style pub with a traditional vibe. The food was very rich and tasty. The beer selection left a little to be determined, but I had a great time! I will be hitting this spot again next time I'm in the area!“

“Visited on August 2016. Beautiful place in the small village of Cape Charles. Irish pub style in a centennial building. It’s been 5 years since the last rating and I think the wonderful beer selection has been eradicated. Old ratings talked about 25 bottled beer and great draught selection. I didn’t see bottle in the menu and draught list was about 12 easy-to-finds like Guiness, Hoogaarden and Dogfish 90 min... Food is great, I had a delightful burger. They also have seafoods, salads, sandwiches. One third of the menu was out of stock after a busy night but we arrived at 9PM, our bad. Nice service though and smily staff. If you plan to stay a couple of days in this part of Virginia, make sure to have a huge reserve of beers.“

“Sweet little place in Cape Charles. On the water, quiet, awesome food, excellent service and cool ambiance. Jon our waiter was really good, took care of us very well. Knowledgeable and fast. Yeah the beer selection was small but when i asked if they had any "Good Beer" he new what i was talkin about! Got us a drink menu and recomended some beers in our style. Not a large selection but decent, lotsa local VA. beers i,d never had. Food was really good also. I had the OMG Pork Belly Burger and it was very tasty. Wifes tuna steak sandwich was very good also. Fair prices, clean facilities, plenty of parking and sitting on the deck looking out over the bay made for one awesome and relaxing lunch break. Worth the stop if your passing by. Enjoy!“

“Really nice bar, great food, had a killer steak. Very comfortable, casual place in the off season, seems like the town kind of shuts down in the evening. There were actually 2 golf carts parked next to me on the street when I came out of here 8:30 at night! Tap list wasn’t the greatest the night I was here, but that is the nature of their location & a rotating tap list. As the saying goes, it’s not the end of the world, but you can see it from here. Still a good bottle list, best beer place on the VA Eastern Shore.“

“Nice little pub in Cape Charles. Nice draft selection and bottle selection as well. Nice to see folks enjoying bottles of Roche 10 as they dine. Food is solid as was the service. Had Bells 2 Hearted, SN Harvest and several other decent draft offerings, a dozen or so total. The deep fried dill pickles were cool as was the shepards pie, filling! Nice setting and clean facilities. Over all a real delight in this part of VA. Definately worth a stop.“

“Rotating selection of draughts, many bottles, and excellent food. Fun pub. The music scene is like San Francisco in 1964 in that it’s forward looking, avant guard, ahead of the crowd. By the summer of love, everyone knew about San Fran (the dock of the bay...) and this is a secret cultural mecca, for now. It’s by the dock of the bay on the east coast.“

“A nice mix of local and import styles on the taps with a good selection of seasonals to keep you coming back. Food was hearty and not overly seasoned, served piping hot. Some beers served too cold and no proper glassware. Wait staff has no idea about beer they are serving, don’t bother asking.“

“Wow! Who would have ever thought a place like this would emerge in Cape Charles? As if the effort put into decor and design weren’t enough, they actually have a great draft selection and solid food (try the sheperds pie). Stop in for a pint of Belhaven Scottish Ale-one of my favorites.“
