“Located in kind of an interesting area, view of pastures. Saw two deer walking down the road about 50 yards away. Etna isn’t the nicest town but its not too bad, interesting to visit occasionally. Not much ambiance to speak of inside, some old decor, pretty small compact place. The two bar maids were very friendly and quick with service. The only problem I had was the one who kept pouring my Kappler Imperial Nitro Stout wasn’t pouring the proper way for a nitro. They have a varied selection of styles, but its all their brew so its a bit limited. Also have their root beer on tap that is delicious. Lot of their brews are not bottled. Their food menu was relatively inexpensive (under $8 for their most expensive burger) and had a decent selection though I didn’t order any. Did see the burgers come with tortilla chips which is odd. Standard styles are $3.50 a pint and specialty are $5 so its pretty good value. Nice modern patio out front.“

“Small town, small pub. You really never will find yourself passing through so if your close (Yreka) and have extra time it’s worth a visit. 13 or 14 choices on tap family friendly and decently priced.“
