“Yes - another new brewery heard from. This is the 314th California brewery that I have rated a beer from. This was a short detour on the way home from Salinas. Arrived about 8PM - this is in a strip mall in Hollister, nothing special about the ambiance from that perspective. Reasonably busy on a Friday night. Live country band playing loudly on the stage. They have food here, but I did not try it. Service was friendly, but pretty slow. Pretty large taplist (yes, they now do have printed taplists), lots of choices but kind of YardHouse-like in that most choices are the same stuff you would expect to find at basically any place with craft beer. They had four of their own beers on tap as well, so I ordered half pours of two of those. Umm, not good. I would say this is a good locals hangout. If you want a common craft beer and you are in Hollister, by all means stop by. Can't recommend the house label though.“

“Small place in a nondescript shopping mall. Ambiance was alright, we went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was almost empty. Service was pretty good. Lots of beers available on tap and a nice fridge to boot. Prices were quite fair. To try while in Hollister.“

“Very good selection of beer on tap, mostly California crafts. A little annoying they don’t have a tap list, but bartender was very friendly and helpful in suggesting and offering samples until we found suitable brew. Didn’t try food, but the menu looked reasonable and it was fun to see the propane grill sitting outside the back door. A little hard to find in the zero-atmosphere strip mall, and appointments/decoration are kind of industrial-basic. But the tap handles should be enough decoration for any beer lover. Seemed to have a pretty impressive bottle collection too, but didn’t sample.“
