“True old school macro beer convenience store. Zero craft beers. Bogus database entry (but a tick for me)“

“Nice place in a warehouse district. Apple Maps will lead you slightly astray, so you may need to check adjacent buildings. German restaurant interior decor. Tasters are very small: maybe 1-2oz, which I like. Maybe they were free: not sure. I paid $33 including tip and tax for a bottle and 4 tasters. I think the bottle was $20. Their meads are fantastic. Simple, floral, high sweetness. Fruited meads are well balanced and loaded with fruit. Owner is very chatty. I loved talking to her about mead making and bochet meads.“

“In a strip mall next to a massage place and close to a strip place. I guess this may be a seedy area, but seems nice to me. Packed on Saturday night at 8PM. 20 beers on tap. About a dozen beers on cans in the fridge. Barrel aged stout in bottles. No flights tonight. Cans $7.50 each (which includes tax, so maybe $6.80 each). Fun place to visit.“

“Impressed with Claimstake! Small brewery, but putting out quality brews! Nice vibe...small brewery, but would be just fine if this was my only option. High quality stuff here with great customer service makes for a nice experience,“

“Nice place...good vibe, bartenders interacted with customers well. Good selection here, but wanted a few more choices to be available. Glad I paid it a visit!“

“Venue is in the Old Nimbus Winery area at the Rancho Cordova/Folsom “border”. Large redecorated warehouse space. Concrete, wood and steel decor. Tanks in the space. 10 active taps today. Opens daily at 11 - so page needs updating. Service was superlative for me - to include both beer and price analyses. Very pleasant.“

“Visited before RateBeer Best 2017. Located in an industrial park. Watch the roads, my friend driving picked up a screw in his tire. Taproom with decent extra space in the brewery section. Good service. Decent selection but not a big variety on my visit, quite a few hoppy stuff. Berliner base was solid, a few syrups available too. Pizzas available in the brewery section, didn’t try them but sounds like they’re pretty good. Decent stop if you’re around here.“

“Located in a large warehouse-like space in a rustic mall, this brewery and pub sports a long bar facing a dozen taps, 7 of which are currently active. The brewing equipment is visible and there are quite a few tables to accommodate large groups. There is a nice range of brews and listenable music in the background. Food is available from Spaghetti factory next door.“

“Light industrial complex. Fairly small (but beautiful) wood bar, but there’s overflow in the brewing area. Crowlers are available. Service is excellent, and there was lots of opportunity to talk with the brewer. Ratebeer folks may get a discount - no guarantee how long that will last - but worth a shot. If moving past Rancho Cordova on 50 during open hours you shouldn’t miss it.“

“This brand new brewery uses their space well. Says capacity is 42 by the door but could for double that. Industrial neighborhood. Great wood fire pizza food truck was there on day 2. Service was friendly and prices were good. 8 beers on tap were solid right outta the gate and that only includes 1 of 3 versions of the Berliner you could get. Nice addition to the area.“

“This family-owned brewery is located in an industrial section of Rancho Cordova, not far from the HIghway 50 Sunrise Exit. There is a nice bar facing 8 taps of nicely brewed craft beer, and also a comfortable play room for kids and a large group table both in rooms adjacent to the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking next to the building. The shiny new brewing equipment is visible from the bar. There is usually a food vendor onsite serving excellent pizza, sliders and other bar food.“

“Great customer service. Good beer at good price. Gave it a low food score because it is a bottle shop, but the have the normal snacks that you find at a bottle shop. Great service friendly people, and if they don’t have it ask they should be able to get it.“
