80 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE Huge selection of cans and bottles. Fairly good sized tap list of around 24 beers. High ceilings. I really like the place. Oddly enough I didn’t buy anything today, but I still highly recommend the place. |
78 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE Last stop of the evening on the way home. Weird industrial location that seems to be quickly gentrifying. Parking was a challenge, but i ended up a few blocks away on the street. Open space with a central bar and some tables around the perimeter. Beer list on the chalkboard in the back, perhaps 18 taps? Row of coolers with a fairly interesting bottle selection, everything consummable onsite, or to go at $1/off per bottle. Service was good, Prices seemed a bit high. |
80 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE I’ve been here three times over the past two years. Bottle selection is very good. Tap selection is also very good. One of the times I came by they had an AleSmith tap takeover. Prices are a little high. I got a 12 oz of Hawaiin Speedway for $10. I used to get pints of Speedway at AleSmith in San Diego for $4. Anyway, a good selection for the area, or any area, though I do feel a little overpriced. |
62 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE They had 16 beers and one cider on tap. Another 250+ beers and ciders in the wall coolers. A pretty good variety with a couple of harder to find brews. Bring your own food. It’s not a beer destination by any means but if you’re near Monterey Bay, this is probably your best bet for beer selection. |
76 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE Strange, industrial vibe. Didn’t like it at all at first, but it’s growing on me. After all, I don’t go for the vibe. They have an excellent selection of very good beer and constantly rotate the taps. |
90 /100 Post No Bills (Bar) 600 ORTIZ AVE This place is in the middle of nowhere. It’s a business park outside of downtown. Solid tap list always rotating. Decent bottle list. The thing about this place is that, for the area, it’s a GREAT bottle shop. It’s the best bottle shop within half an hour drive or more. It’s just not as good as what you can find in San Jose or SF. The prices were very fair. |
