54 /100 Cost Plus World Market - Seaside (Beer Store) 1999 FREMONT BLVD I like cost plus. Lots of interesting foods to buy. Nice household items. But I never buy anything for some reason. Beers are on one set of shelves. All singles ( nice!), but ordinary large micro beers. |
82 /100 877 BROADWAY AVE Great taproom in beautiful downtown Seaside, minutes from Monterey. High ceilings. Many huge fermenters. Very professional. 8 beers on tap plus one guest Perry. Great bakery in the tap room. $2/4oz taster is a welcome break from Silicon Valley prices. Beers are ok. No BA beers yet. Recommended! |
42 /100 Lee’s Video and Liquor (Beer Store) 1155 FREMONT BLVD Dropped by on rating trip to Monterey. This place is definitely not worth visiting. Standard modern liquor store with a couple of coolers of local beers, and a couple coolers of macros. Everything in 4 packs. Nothing hard to find. Meh. |
74 /100 877 BROADWAY AVE First stop on my Monterey trip. Other brother is on a busy street in Seaside, but there is some parking around. Large open space. Running about 16 taps including some guest beers when I was there. Flights of four available, but no guest beers on the flight. Beer quality varied widely; two of mine were quite good, two were kind of gross. |
60 /100 Cost Plus World Market - Seaside (Beer Store) 1999 FREMONT BLVD Moderate beer selection. Some harder to find beers. Beer buyers are willing to work with you to stock things you like. |
