| 66 /100 Beaver Liquors (Beer Store) 110 E BEAVER CREEK BLVD “Visited January 2022. Surprisingly, Avon is a bit of a beer desert. The town has no brewpub, no craft-beer-centric bar, and 2 little liquor stores. This is the one I walked into b/c it was across the street from my hotel. For the size and town, it is a decent store. Nothing will blow you away, I am sure a waste for any CO resident. But for East coasters like me, enough good beer to be satisfied. I didn't buy anything but if I had more time and wanted more beer, I would have. They had 3 RR 500ml capped bottles (nothing cork and cage). They had some special BA Impy Stouts that were waxed. | 70 /100 Beaver Liquors (Beer Store) 110 E BEAVER CREEK BLVD “Nice little store with a decent beer selection, which I’m guessing will improve as Avon is a ski town and it’s not quite ski season yet, has a really big wine cellar. Also connected is a t-shirt shop, gotta have a Beaver Liquors t-shirt. Nice selection of pick your own six pack. Nice place to stop by if you’re in town.“ |
