| 72 /100 22, ROUTE 138 “Large place at the end of a strip mall gas station combo, it looks much better than that sounds. Nice semi-covered deck out front with plenty of tables. Inside has restaurant tables and an L-shaped bar. They had just gotten a large group in, and the server was a rookie, so the staff were slightly stressed but managed to keep everyone in the place happy and seemed pretty happy themselves. Decent variety of beers, heavy on NEIPAs, but I had a nice peppery Czech pilsner. Chicken sandwich was solid, above average brewpub grub. Worth a stop in an otherwise non-descript area full of roadside cigarette and fireworks shops.“ |
