“Wonderful new digs for this old classic. Agree with Alain you would never know this was a garage. Very big taproom with plenty of seating, long bar, mix of modern meets industrial meets trad. As expected, beers are DDC, excellent quality, 3 to 3.50$ per sample (includes big boys like Péché Mortel variants). Excellent food menu, upscale fast food, with poutines, burgers. A must in the Laurentians.“

“Visited on October 2, 2021, in the afternoon. Just like the old Rue de Villemure pub, it was the day after their opening. Located one block east of the brewery, it's in a former garage in front of a public parking lot. No street parking, but there is a lot of space in front and around. From the outside, you would not know it was a garage until you see some signs of what it was. Elements of wrought iron, polish wood and concrete. The patio, which is more than double the size of the previus on, is between the pub and the brewery. The inside is much different, unlike the old one where it is a larger version of the Montreal brewpub, this one is much more modern. Lots of windows that give it more light, a combination of regular and high tables, the bar however is far more classic look. They have up the 30 taps, almost all available in bottles and cans, but a few tap only like Nanatsu No Taizai, a coffee black strong lager brewed with Godspeed for Péché Day 2018. The food menu is the same, wich is more varied than in Montreal. One thing this place has that the other did not and it's a separate boutique to buy beer and merchandise. This is a much improved pub in all!“

“2017-03-17 Fifth visit, there is a new guy since one year who’s in charge of the beer department. He’s doing a great job, the stocks is moving better on the shelf, we don’t see old stock anymore and he gets some rare bottles in. 2016-06-08 1-2-7-5-4-8 Convenient store with a deli. You can find a great quantity of Quebec craft beer, but nothing special. Went there 3 times and it’ better to go a bit further North to La Porte des Bières. Good sandwich and delicatessen.“

“It a convenience store with a Quebec craft beer selection. Often we can find beers that it’s long gone in Montreal. The staff don’t really know what then have in stock and what’s the difference between one bottle and the other one. If you have the chance to meet the owner, then you can talk a bit more.“

“Visited on February 20, 2015 in late afternoon. Located on a street corner, just off route 158, it’s in the heart of what was the town of Saint-Antoine, now part of Saint-Jérôme, a few click south of Dieu du Ciel. It’s part of a strip mall of the same name. Inside is a nice looking mom and pop type grocery store, with a fairly sized deli counter. All the beers are at the back end, pretty much the who’s who of Quebec brewery is there, it’s not a big section but the selection is strong. The prices are far. As for the staff, I don’t know but I would assume it’s better then the other one just north of Dieu du Ciel.“

“This is only based on one visit, but I had crappy service and I had a hard time to get a refund for my empty bottles. Staff was far from knowleadgeable. prices ar ok and selection is decent.“

“For St-Jerome, this is a decent beer store. Nothing exceptional, but solid Qc offerings. As many said, go there if you’re in town and dont have time to go to Montreal to buy beers.“

“Years ago, this was the first beer store I’v visited, and it hasn’t changed that much. It’s one of those "dépaneur" with a good beer selection, and your place to go if you are in the area, especially if you are visiting Dieu du Ciel’s microbrewery plant or going up north for vacation. “

“This typical little town dépanneur has most of the Québécois micros you look for, and pretty much all of those you have to avoid as well...I used to come here 10 years ago or so, and I have to say the place hasn’t changed that much, even with the new Asian owners. Obviously, this is not worthy of a detour, but if you are visiting Dieu du Ciel’s microbrewery plant and need to buy a few bottles, this place would be the best in the area.“

Bel effort!“
