| 66 /100 839, CHEMIN PRINCIPAL “Country style restaurent on the land they harvest their own pumpkins, barley and raisins. It’s a winery, a brewery and a malt house. The beer selection is small because the serve only their own drink witch is a good thing. So if you consider that they have 5 beers and they have 4 taps, that’s a pretty large selection in a way. Food is amazing, specially in falls in the pumpkins season, they make everything with it like soup, pie and fries. The pumpkin fries are crazy. The cook is the brewer and the owner is the wine guy.“ |
| 54 /100 839, CHEMIN PRINCIPAL “Visited on October 1st, 2015, in the afternoon. Les Vents d’Ange is a play on words (translation: The Angel Winds) from the word "vendange" (vintage). It was first a winery, then they started making beer. First at Brasseurs Illimités and now at there own place. I went there as an afterthought on my way to Les Vergers Lafrance just up the road, taking a chance to see if they have any bottles. It’s located in the main street, next to Verger Lacroix, the main building has a store at the front, the restaurant in the back with patio on the side. It’s your typical tourist country store, selling of course their wine, beer, pumpkin product (their speciality) and other stuff. The restaurant serve country style food, but I’ve haven’t eaten there. They do have tasting of wine and beer, the beers are only available in flights of 4 and only on the patio. But 3 of the 4 are available in 22 oz bottles, I bought two, a red ale and a pumpkin ale. Maybe next time I’ll eat there for lunch, but that would be more in late spring or summer, right now it’s apple season = a lot of people.“ |

Quatre bières disponible qui sont bien faite sans être exceptionnelle. Service courtois connaissant bien leurs produits. Intéressant si on est dans le coin.“ |

Il n’y a pas une tonne de cidre différent, mais le cidre de glace et le cidre de feu sont délicieux. Le caramel de cidre de feu est également excellent. Service impécable et prix dans la moyenne pour ce type d’endroit.“ |

Beautiful orchards, lovely tasting room, and very friendly staff. Plenty of bottles of things that I hadn’t seen in other stores in Montreal, so we went home with a bunch of new ciders.“ |

Après avoir visité Verger Lacroix et Lafrance, cette place avait l’air triste et seul, pas un chat. Une grange convertie et boutique avec des produit de pomme, chocolat et autres. Il n’y a que deux cidres (sans compté les deux autres aux fruits). L’avantage que cette place aurait c’est sa localitée, un peu loin du vilage de St-Joseph-du-Lac.“ |

C’était la première journée d’automne, le temps des pommes, au moins c’était un lundi, malgré ça il y avait du monde. Comme la plus par des verger avec une boutique, il y a un peu de importe quoi tartes, bonbons, jus, tout dans un décor champaitre touristique. Bien sûr on peu dégusté leur cidre, mais c’est des très petits échantillons. Si vous êtes dans le coin et vous aimez leur produits, va-s’y, mais en automne en fin de semaine, vous êtes fou!“ |

PIl y a tout les 13 sorte de cidre alcoolisé disponible dans la boutique, dont les trois de glace, en grande quantité. Plusieur qui ne sont pas disponible à l’SAQ. Pour moi, ça vaut la peine, surtout que je ne reste pas loin.“ |
