“They spared no expense with this place. The large modern brewhouse is visible through glass as you pull into the parking area. Go around back to the large patio slash beer garden with shaded picnic tables and lots of grassy areas for the kids (and adults) to play. The taproom is sleek and modern with a large central U-shaped bar. 12 beers on tap, flights of four 5 ounce pours (in glass) were $11.50. Good variety of styles included a kettle sour and a barleywine, and everything I had was tasty without blowing me away. Just snax in the taproom, but there is a permanent food truck serving decent pizza. A place to linger.“

“Close to Valleyfield, this is a big beautiful site with a modern farmhouse look, big covered patio, food truck and a scene for shows. Beers are ok to excellent, varied styles, flight of 4 for 10$. Service was attentive.“

“Visited on August 8, 2020, in the afternoon. Located south of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, just outside of the centre of the village of Sainte-Barbe next to the fire hall. The brewery is in a modern looking barn, from the front anyway, the interior is rustic modernish, a larger field in the back with many picnic tables. The place was quite crowded ish (it was a saturday), physical distancing was meet to an extent. They are quite new (open last June), so the tap list is a bit small, mostly pale ale with a witbier, I had the milkshake IPA, very nice. The down side is they served it in plastic glass, despite the fact we were drinking inside and they do have glass glass, plus they charge us for the plastic recipient, but we could get a refund if we wanted. They have chips and peanuts as food, but sometimes there is an invited mobile restaurant on weekends. There is no table service inside, you have to go in line were the to go beer is. It is a nice place, I would not mind going back, there is a wildlife reserve not far!“
