“Large modern place on a busy and unpicturesque intersection. Large store up front with local farm items, apples of course, candies, even fresh & frozen prepared meals. The bistro is next, really just a small deli counter with a few sandwiches, not a full restaurant. Then there's a bar with ciders on tap where you can get a flight of four if you like. You may consume your cider and sandwich on a small terrace in the back that overlooks the orchard and the hills in the distance, a beautiful view. It's covered, so may even work in less than ideal weather. Ciders are tasty, and they have cider cocktails for those disinclined to apples.“

“Visited on September 21, 2022, for lunch. Located at the intersection of Route 137 and Main. A good size ciderhouse, being one half store, one half bistro. Plus there a large orchard field in the back were you can do some apple picking. The bistro section has a bar with 8 ciders on tap, that you can have with their home cook meals, or have a 12 oz can. Most of the ciders are available at the store, but they do have growlers. I had a very dry Cortland cider with my pulled pork panini. In the store section, you got a lot of year round cider, with many seasonal and a few speciality bottles. Several baked goods like pies made fresh daily, already pick apples and many other goodies. It was a weekday so not that crowded, but like many pick your own orchard with a mini farm, the week-end would be crowded. The service was excellent! A very nice place to visit!“

“Salon de dégustation avec vue sur le verger. Service compétant et sympathique avec présentation de tous les produits offerts. Il y a une boutique avec divers produits du terroir et des cidres en bouteilles. Pour ce qui est des cidres, ils sont bons pour la plupart, notamment les cidres de glace, et il y a aussi quelques trucs plus "funky" intéressant. Possibilité de faire remplir des growlers. Les prix varient selon les différents types de cidres.“

“Visited on a friday around lunchtime.

Ambiance: Large place. Looks brand new even if its not. Not just the usual boutique you can find in cideries, there’s also a small café/restaurant and a few regional products (farmer’s market style).

Service: Friendly. Like Julien said, they aren’t trying to be too helpful/harassing. Like in most cideries when the service isn’t made by the owner, the staff doesn’t know much more than their salespitch though.

Selection: A few ciders you can have by the glass at the restaurant/café. Almost all their stuff is available to go (except Cidre de Feu which for now is limited for tasting when you take the tour). There’s a few product that are available in SAQ stores for almost the same price, but there’s also a few ciders you can only (I think) find there like Le Glacé Mousseux and Les Russett.

Food: There’s some café food and full breakfast available, but I didn’t try them.

Value: Tasting flight are free (and available for most of their products) and generous. Prices for the bottles are in line with other cideries. A few small format bottles (12 oz) of the sparking products are available which is nice. Not much rebate available except if you buy a case of the same product (or when there’s a specific rebate... when we visited you could get 15% off if you bought 3 bottles of Rosé).

Overall: A nice cidery to visit. It’s fun that it’s more than just a boutique and you can get full glass of some of the ciders. Worth a visit if you like ciders / ice ciders. Their Cuvée Précieuse is definitely worth a try.

“Visited on a Friday around noon hour. Very large place with a shop full of merch, including most if not all of their ciders to go, branded stuff and some local farmer’s market type food products. There is a restaurant portion that serves bistro food, coffee, full breakfasts and so on but I didn’t partake. You can get full pours of 4 different sparkling ciders on tap for a relatively low price, samples of their still ciders including the ice ciders are free. There are tours of the orchard but we didn’t go on one. Service was good, not to in your face but helpful. Value on the bottles is pretty good, not a huge rebate but better than SAQ and the selection is way better too. If you’re touring for ice ciders in Quebec, this is a must stop, it’s also possible to make it a lunch destination.“
