Nice little taproom with a bar with 5 chairs, and 4 tables. Modern vibe. Very friendly brewer/owner (Osman) which explained well his beers. More conventional styles, but well done. Flight of 4 for 12$ (X5 for 15 and X6 for 18). Plenty of parking. Limited sandwich menu.“ |

Located off the north side of autoroute 640 at exit 35, west of Claude-Léveillée ave, the first entrance on the left and drive at the far end of the road. A small tap room with a large patio that triples the place capacity. Simple decor, red, black with some wood. Friendly staff, they have food but I did not partake. The beers are ok at best, I had a Witbier, American IPA, a maple Scotch Ale and a Baltic Porter. the Witbier suck, the others are drinkable but not wort buying. How ever the worst thing I had was the water, it tasted like a bad pizza! Well I don't have to go back there!“ |

Service: Service très sympathique. On aa parler 30 minutes avec la propriétaire. Elle est très intéressée à approfondir ses connaissances sur la bières. Sélection: La majorité des microbrasseries du Québec sont présente. Nourriture: Moutarde, gelée, épice, thé et plein d’autre truce qu’on trouve dans une épicerie fine. The food was great just like the one on St-Denis street in Montréal. But that is that I love mussels and the beer choices was great,but those big screen t.v. areto much and it was very loud.The service well what can I say are waitress can back to our table a couple of times because she forgot what we had ordered,she was i bit flaky.I willgo back to the one on St-Denis.“ |

Moi, j’y vais essentiellement pour les bières, mais j’ai fait plein d’achats intéressants pour des cadeaux de Noël. Relativement bonne sélection de produits des meilleures micro-brasseries embouteillant au Québec, et quelques exclusivités. Prix dans la norme. Carte fidélité donnant 5$ de rabais après 100$ d’achats. Service sympathique et attentionné et la propriétaire connait maintenant bien les produits qu’elle vend.“ |

The choice of beers are the same and as interesting as those on the Rue Saint-Denis, it is also the same menu as original (if you like mussels, you’ll be spoiled), but this is where the similarity ends. The restaurant is bigger than the original (almost double its capacity), and it can get noisy at times. There are several TV screen and that night there was a hockey game, and when the home team scores, the restaurant’s mc/dj (I’m not joking here) was playing music to celebrated! The waitress was nice but a bit flaky! But it is your best beat in this town for good beer.

It’s a little complex (sometimes I think it’s stupid and totally irrational) but let’s just say that we have less choice of wines and beers (but the profits from foreign wine and beer go to Québec’s government). There are hundreds of SAQ stores throughout the so-called province but the larger stores that have the Sélection name added usually have a somewhat interesting although restrained choice of beer. Although they have some great ones, they really could, as a governmental institution, make a much larger effort to have more choice of beers. The personnal are not all specialised into beer so service varies. All in all, for beers, boooooooooooooooo, SAQ, you su**!“ |

Bon, comme j’ai une âme de chrétien charitable qui pense à son prochain et blablabla, en voici un nouveau! La bouffe a un côté rustique, avec beaucoup de mets préparés à base de bière, mais rien de renversant; ma blonde et moi avons été deux fois déçus, alors pour moi, que la bières et les frites depuis. Dans un centre d’achats anonyme sur le boul. Gascon, près de la 640, l’intérieur est plutôt réussi, avec un bar et une multitude de verres à bières. Sur les quelques 100 bières offertes, environ une quinzaine est difficilement procurable ailleurs au Québec. Même une occasion pour certains de découvrir des bières de renommées mondiale, notamment La Trappe et Rochefort, sauf la 10, mystérieusement disparue après mon premier passage... Bel endroit, un peu cher, autant la bouffe que la bière, mais qui permet quelques découvertes, ou redécouvertes... Pour regarder une partie de hockey en buvant de la bière haut-de-gamme, il n’y a pas vraiment mieux dans le 450 Nord! Chez nous aussi, c’est pas mal...“ |
