“Small but cosy brewpub from brasserie Peene et Becque. They had their own beers on draft or in bottle and also some guest beers. The food was delicious and not pricy at all. 12-16€ for a very tasty dish of classic flemish food. The beers are great, staff is friendly. Highly recommended!“

“A true country farm shop in Flanders France with an emphasis on organic produce (but not in a pretentious English way). The owner is an organic vegetable farmer himself who also produces a range of cheese for sale in the shop, alongside all manner of other food and meat. Of particular interest to RBeerians though is the beer which the owner sources from independent breweries within the area, preferably those with the 'Bio' (organic) symbol on the label. If you are looking for good, independent Northern beer, biere de garde, saison etc.. which many locals drink, then this is the place to come. One of the best kept secrets of the region.“
