| 64 /100 Rambler Inn (Bar) LANE HEAD GREEN, “An alright country pub. There’s not really much else in Edale (maybe one other pub), so your options are limited. This place is literally less than two minutes by foot from the Edale train station, making it very convenient. They have about six cask beer on offer. Mostly just bitters and golds, but they do focus on regional breweries so if you aren’t from the area you might get a scoop. Hearty food available and at OK prices, which is nice if you’ve been hiking about for several hours. Fair service. So so prices. This is a place to go because there’s almost no other option, but it is a decent country pub.“ |
