Nice decor and quite a modern feel. 4 handpulls. 3 from Abbeydale and 1 from Navigation plus 2 keg beers, 1 from each of these brewers. Good little bottle selection from USA and Germany. Beer was well looked after. A really nice little pub. I’d definitely pop in if I’m in the area.“ |

It is handily placed near the newly laid local cycleways, so I got there quite easily from Poolsbrook Country Park. Inside appears to be a large single room with the bar right in front of you as you enter. An mix of Cask and Keg to choose from and an enthusiastic landlord. All good in my book and thank you to those below for recommending it, this is how Ratebeer works best.“ |

Good place to come to watch sports or just have a quiet drink. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Best pub for miles.“ |
