“Tiverton is a beer desert, so finding this little Deli/cafe was a proper bonus. I have visited a couple of times now and it's delightful, a bit green/veggie and 'save the world' like but their food menu is varied and interesting. They sell beers (in bottles) from Cottage Beer Project and cider from Bollhayes, there may be more options, but I managed three new rates on 1st February 2024, so happy with that. Worth finding in in Tiverton.“

“Visited on 13th Nov 2018, an afternoon mini-session. Fairly small for a Spoon's; two entrances on different streets, backs onto the river with a terrace for warmer weather drinking. Usual cask offerings with three 'guests' on my visitation, only one of which was local. To be fair those three beers were all in good condition and I got two new rates, so no real complaints. One bar, one level, room broken into smaller areas, one leaning towards food more than the other parts. Toilets close to the action (unlike most Spoon's, where you need hiking boots and a map). Plenty of staff, friendly and pleasant (it was pretty quiet, customer wise).“

“Stopped off en-route to Cornwall in 2011. It has a nice setting close to the river, with a large car park at its rear and some seating here too. It’s a traditional looking pub with a traditional interior. Relatively small for a Wetherspoon, but you’ll find the usual range of rotating ales here.“

“Visited in April on a Saturday evening, nice old building with glass covered wells in the floor. Ambiance marked down as it appears eveyone has to shout at each other, also dodged a local rugby club outing bullet as I left. Beer range OK, food reasonable. Not a great example of a Spoons I’m afraid “
