“Took my Dad for the tour. Small group of 10 or so (website said maximum was 20), so no need to book ahead really (though obviously recommended). Tour was very informative, with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guide taking us round. Free pint in the tap room, with the selection of tap beers actually a little disappointing. They just had on the same tap selection that Badger pubs do this time of year, but with all the rest of the range in the fridge. Ended up staying for lunch afterwards, I got a few small plates and a set of 1/3rds to try my hand at beer matching. Popped into the shop afterwards and picked up a few things I’d not seen before, including a 2016 limited edition imperial stout. You get a 10% in the shop if you’ve been on the tour, which was perhaps the one thing our guide failed to tell us!“

“Hom of the Badger, the Hall & Woodhouse visting centre. Quite a collection of their own beers. Good service. Shame that I couldn’t win the landrover as being someone from another country :-)“
