| 62 /100 Temeraire (JDW) (Bar) 55 HIGH STREET “Towards the bottom of the gently sloping High Street, this Wetherspoon pub is in one of the fine Georgian houses that are just one of many different historic architectural styles that are seen throughout the town. The inside conversion probably doesn’t befit the actual building and it’s a very general soft furnishing in the traditional pub style of the chain. The ’L’ shaped bar is towards the rear of the open plan space, although it’s not a huge Wetherspoon by any means with perhaps the front areas the nicest places to sit. There’s a small outdoor area at the rear and there’s a couple of rows of rotating real ales to choose from if you visit here.“ |
