| 74 /100 Stump (Restaurant) THE STUMP “A nice restaurant basically in the middle of nowhere but in the vicinity of Cirencester according to the postal address. Decent space both inside and out. Baz & Fred Pizza's now permanently stationed here, but some non-pizza food (pasta and such) is sometimes available apparently, but wasn't when we visited. On the beer front it's nothing particularly exciting, but they have their house beer "Stump Ale" (a session IPA brewed by Deya) permanently on tap and is what I'd recommend. There were a couple of bitters from the usual suspects (Doom Bar, Hook Norton etc), Guinness and some ciders as well. Service was absolutely fine. Pricing as expected. Overall really nice but you're coming here for the pizzas rather than the beer.“ |
