“On the main road through Clayton-Le-Dale, it has ample parking if you want to stop by when passing in the car. It’s worth it just for the view of Bowland and the Ribble Valley out of the rear window and beer garden as you don’t realise it at first but this pub is quite high up in the hills. Thwaites are not shy with their own brews here either with six cask options available including a couple of their own seasonal brews on my visit. The pub itself is a fine village style pub with lovely interiors and furniture that make it a place you’d be happy to sit and sup in for some time. Food is served here twice a day. Wifi available.“
