“We visited here (2nd pub) of the Welland Valley Beer Festival tour. This pub was actually a very smart looking place in a lovely village. I understand that this was the first occasion that this pub had entered the Welland Valley Beer Festival and enter it they did with some gusto! 36 Real Ales and about 20 Ciders & Perries on offer, a staggering and I thought very optimistic debut, but good luck to them and with the likes of Milton Marcus Aurelius at £3.70 a pint! (fantastic) who could argue with their enthusiasm. I had Potbelly Streaky which was enjoyable and actually didn’t go inside the pub as all of the beers were outside on a wonderful lawned area.“
