“Stopped here with Homer after our first choice was shut down for spring break. Nice space, parking is a bit challenging. Large inside area and a nice open back patio. Hefty beer list, but be forewarned that they have a lot of "coming soon" listings. Nothing crazy, but you should damn well be able to find something to make you happy. Solid food. Recommended.“

“Stopped in after visiting the beach. This place is right on the beach, outdoor deck faces the ocean. We sat inside, lots of seating, three bars. Staff was friendly, food was good. Beer selection was decent, worth a stop if in the area.“

“Despite the name CBAH is just a run of the mill sports bar (lots of screens for watching sports). As a craft beer fan when I see Ale House I anticipate a good selection of craft beer. You won’t find that here, there are a couple of craft IPA’s then just bog standard lagers and Guinness. Service was fine though and the atmosphere was pleasant enough.“

“Easy to find place located right on the A1A. The bar has a retro feel with lots of wood and brass taps. There is a large craft beer selection on offer covering many styles. I had DuClaw’s (Baltimore, Maryland) fabulous ‘Sweet Baby Jesus Peanut Butter Porter’. A must visit bar for the craft beer fan when in town.“

“New location in a Publix-anchored shopping center. If you’ve been to the original in IHB you know what to expect; solid tap selection, good, original pub grub, laid-back atmosphere. Worth a stop for dinner and a brew.“

“A nice stop on the Space Coast, this small brewery is in a house with only two beers on tap. I had a good conversation with the bar tender during my visit.“

“Like drinking in someone's kitchen, its quaint and intimate. About as micro as can be imagined. Would be nice if they had more, but worth a try.“

“Small, cramped quarters and not the greatest hours. Beer is sub par, and they only had three on tap. It is the only microbrewery for 20 miles though, so worth a stop if you’re in the area.“

“Small little place with two rooms, one with a few couches, the other with a bar with 4 stools and a table with 8 more. Only three beers on tap when I was there, and two weren’t very good. But it is the only place in the area to get freshly made craft beer. And the price was about what you would expect, $5 a pint for everything.“

“Awesome set-up. Couches to chill on a small bar to sit at or a long kitchen table. I love how relaxed and chilled it is. Very few choices on tap but they were all awesome. Place was pretty busy. Seemed to be filled with a lot of regulars. Friendly but didn’t pay us much attention. Seemed to tend to the older crowd more than us younger folks. Glad we stopped by and glad we found it. A little hard to find.“

“Cocoa Beach Brewing Company is just a short walk from the beach. Upon entering, it seems as if I just meandered into someone’s den. The place is cozy and small, with a leather couch, table for eight, and bar seating for four to five. There are two flat screen televisions, both set to sports channels. The owners, Chris and Tracy, are very nice folks. We had a nice conversation regarding beer and the craft beer industry. A big downside to the place is that they are unable to meet the demand of the customers. They were completely sold out of bombers, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a full pour of the oatmeal stout, their most highly sought after beer, as the keg ran out immediately after I arrived. While I thought the oatmeal stout was delicious, I really didn’t care for the English IPA. Actually, I found it to be quite reprehensible and was surprised that the same brewer could make such a good oatmeal stout. There is no food available from the brewery. However, you can order food into the bar from a number of local eateries, which is convenient. Beers were $5, which isn’t cheap, but I’ve seen worse. I hope this brewery will continue to improve, as it has potential. It’s worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“I recently spent a few days in Cocoa Beach. This was by far the best place to shop for beer in the area. The place is a huge warehouse of liquor, with a small section devoted to beer, and only a portion of that being craft brews. I was able to find a couple of Cigar City beers, as well as the usual suspects one can find pretty much anywhere in the country. Service was pretty non-existent. Again, it’s a giant store, and the employees are there to ring you up, not to serve as guides or sources of information regarding craft beer. I was disappointed to find several craft IPAs and DIPAs in the warm section, when there was ample refrigerator space available. I highly doubt there are any beer connoisseurs working at the store who would care about things of that nature. Oh well...Prices were fairly reasonable. I paid around $20 for two six-packs of Cigar City brews, with which I was happy.“

“While up visiting friends in Melbourne, FL drove over to Cocoa Beach to check out the small operation. When we walked in there were three people at the bar and left about 30 minutes later. Being the only two people left we struck up a conversation with Gregg, who was doing the pouring. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to have a great talk with him about craft beer. He even wrote a note for my fiancee and I to give to Vinny Cilurzo when we head over to Russian River next year for a personal tour. Overall a good, and surprising, experience.“

“Wonderful discovery (after leaving a disappointing visit to Florida Beer Co.). Located in one of the oldest houses (refurbished) in Cocoa Beach, this charmiing, inviting tap room also has a back porch. Only 4 beers on tap, but they are a MICRO brewery. All 4 beers were outstanding and I bought growlers to bring home. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff.“

“This place is only steps from the beach. Tiny little brewpub, I wonder how rammed it gets on a semi busy night? The lady behind the counter was very friendly and is intimate with what’s being brewed here. I like how they embrace all that is NASA here. There were live space walks being shown on a pretty good size flat screen. Would be a primo spot to watch some sort of launch at the beach and then head here for a few brews while waiting for traffic to settle down. I hope to swing by here again some day.“

“Wow. Interesting place. This little home has been converted into a brewery with a living room and a den with 4 taps. They have CCBC beer and a guest tap or two on at any time. For this beach community, this is a great addition. Family that owns this place are very warm and accommodating, and are great at talking beer. Great place- I can’t wait to try more from this up-and-coming little brewery.“

“A cool little nanobrewery whith a designated pub-like tasting room. 3 taps on during my visit, due to gas problems. Service was super friendly, the only beer i tried from the, was the stout, delicious and they had Midas Touch for a guest and SNPA. A must in the area because its so cool.“

“Seems to be a very small operation, you never know what beer will be available and for how long. Chris was great and very personable. We got to try about 4 ounces of the double IPA, excellent (if I’m remembering correctly it was 126 IBUs) before the keg blew. Key Lime Cerveza was a nice beach beer, the blonde was average. Looking forward to going back“

“A fine little brew pub. Our local brew club (SAAZ) met there and pretty much overwhelmed the place and the air conditioning. They only had one beer on tap by the time I arrived and it was a lite beer. It was good.“

“visited on a weekday, arriving before opening. ended up sitting for two hours with owner/brewer chris discussing beer and life in general. ambiance is a 5 -- but as comfortable as it is it could just as easily end up totally awkward if chris wasn’t such a great guy. can’t wait to get back around his way and stop in for a pint!“

“A tiny little place, currently brewing with a 15 gal RIMS system. 4 taps. 3 were house beers when I was there. Laid out with bar and tables in one room and the other room is more like a living room to relax and talk. Just getting started, so no real food yet, had some general store snacks and cans of soda available. Kid friendly. Located 3.5 blocks south of where A1A splits, so easy beach access. Excellent service, Chris and his wife are knowledgeable and excited to share their passion with whoever comes in, so people just looking for yellow fizzy beer got samples of all the house beers and a little info about beer styles and the raw ingredients. I’m excited to see where they take this place. Will definitely return.“

“A sweet little place. Very homely, no pun intended. Chris is a great dude! He is very knowledgeable about beer, loves his new job, and loves his country. I loved talking it up with this dude, Amen brother. The beer they had to offer was in short supply. With it being a new place and with really good beer... well supply was short with demand being so high. In the two visits over a tree day span, they were flipping through the kegs. Good stuff! Big living room area to sit and chill, watch TV. Even my little daughter enjoyed the place. Overall, a must stop when on the east coast of Brevard Co.“

“A quaint little place tucked away in a seaside/military community. Near plenty of public beach access. Looks like a residence... very homey. Chris couldn’t be more nice or humorous. There were only three beers on tap when I visited, but they were fairly solid. There is currently no food offered. I look forward to visiting this place again in the future when there is a larger selection to choose from. Food, even pub fare, would be a nice addition as well.“

“They just opened this pats weekendƖ-12-09) I’ve been twice in the past 2 days. The Pale Ale is awsome. I could give you a review of the other beers but I havent made it past the Pale Ale, But I will. If you live in the central brevard, Fl. area it’s worth the trip to Cocoa Beach for the beer.“
