“Located out among the south Floridian farm fields outside Homestead and somewhat on the approach to Everglades National Park. An odd location for a non-packaging brewery, apparently driven by the winery (who knew they're growing grapes alongside the sugar cane these days?). The facility is huge, inside and out, likely an abandoned agricultural plant/warehouse. Inside is gigantic and empty, with a long, dark bar. Outside there's ample parking, walled off by graffiti-laden shipping containers and equipped with picnic tables. It's a bit junky outside, poorly kept, with piles of trash bags a stone's throw away. We arrived very close to the early 6pm closing hour, which may explain the bartender's surly, give-no-care attitude. The beer list was daunting, among the longest I've seen in my many travels. Given our lack of time, we could only have one pint each. Unfortunately none were very good. This is unfortunately the only place in the vicinity, maybe worth a pop-in if you're checking out the Everglades/Biscayne Bay. Otherwise I wouldn't bother going out of the way. Brewery #941.“

“Big metal warehouse, lots of seating at tables or at big long bar. The music was way too loud for me to enjoy while tasting beers. They were setting up for a live band so we left as soon a possible. The beer was good. Prices for a flight of 4 beers was high at $15, mine was $18 because I had an Imperial beer. They do BBQ outside that was good but expensive.“

“I really like the garden and grounds of this place. Would be an outstanding place to have an outdoor party. They have food, but I didn’t try any. They do flights of 4 beers for $15 which is way overpriced considering a 12 pack is $20 and 4 pints would have only been $16. Otherwise, a cool place to visit.“

“Definitely a great out of the way place to visit for the day...makes for a nice 1/2 day trip. As other have said...the gardens are great and there is usually music is playing...sometimes live...otherwise in the background. Just really nice ambiance. Of course this is a winery first (all made without grapes)...but recently a brewery too. They refer to the beers as "Miami Brewing". There were 6 beers the day I was there (I understand it was only 4 in the past). The beers were good to very good...but none were what I’d call standouts. Nonetheless...a visit here is fun and you can always hit J. Wakefield and Wynwood on your way back north.“

“As others have said, this place is in the absolute outskirts of Bumfuck Egypt. Tucked away amongst the palm tree farms and avacado and mango groves of Homestead. The beers are fairly solid. Selection is limited. Service is friendly. The only eats are cheeses and deli meats. The atmosphere cannot be beat. The outdoor biergarden-like area is a tropical botanical garden paradise... with a waterfall. If you’re in south Florida for the first time, don’t hesitate to visit. Totally worth it.“

“Nice place conveniently located in the middle of no where. They serve 4 homemade beers with a Florida twist that are good. Staff is friendly.“

“To say that this place is in the middle of nowhere is a misnomer. It is west of the middle of nowhere. The place looks like (and is) an upscale winery that also makes beers. They just invested in a system to brew their own beers, and they have some interesting ideas. Every beer has fruit in it, and in some cases it is a wonderful thought. I especially liked the Coconut Starfruit Blonde. The place is full of wine people, except Dave, who was very knowledgeable and very open about the winery and what they are working on. I would go back and try their new stuff every chance I got, if I was a local. Beautiful grounds and incredible ambiance.“

“This place is wonderful. It’s not far from Coral Castle, but of course feels like the middle of nowhere. Which is wonderful. We took 304th to get here and it becomes a dirt road! We don’t have many dirt roads in South Florida! The winery is surrounded by farms--well, duh, it is a farm. The facility is built as a giant oasis, with lots of trees. Their water-scaping is sweet, they even have a waterfall that must be ten feet high. The place is huge and set up for large events, so would be great for a birthday, wedding or beer festival. Outdoor seating under giant tiki huts makes it perfect in all weather. The beers were contract brewed but they have done so well they bought a large system and have just brewed their first batch on premises. It’s only going to get better. The servers were knowledgable. The beers are much better than expected. Because they are showcasing their own fruit, the beers taste very natural. The wines are fun too. Avocado wine! Drinking fruit beer and fruit wine from the farm that grows it is very special. It really makes me appreciate Homestead to visit here.“
