84 /100 Hemelvaart Bier Café (Bar) THE BRIDGE, AISKEW *** OUT OF BUSINESS ***
Sadly this excellent cafe has now closed down. The owner has moved to Ayton in Scotland where he has opened a new beer cafe.
Excellent little cafe with a decent selection of mostly Belgian and Dutch beers. A very friendly owner will help you find something you’ll like. Also does a range of Dutch themed food. Quirky and well worth visiting. |
80 /100 Hemelvaart Bier Café (Bar) THE BRIDGE, AISKEW Now moved to Ayton in Scotland. Previously was a cosy cafe in Bedale not that far from the A1(M) with a large selection of bottled beers, including belgium and dutch breweries. Nicely decked out with a beery theme, good food & atmosphere also. You’re taken through the collection of beers to find something you’ll like. Worth visiting. |
92 /100 Hemelvaart Bier Café (Bar) THE BRIDGE, AISKEW Amazing little place! Stumbled upon it by chance but it has a large comprehensive beer list with a decent selection of continental-inspired food. We even got a free home-made Belgian waffle as they were ’testing it out’ before putting it on the menu. Owner / host is a friendly guy with unrivaled beer knowledge. Really great atmosphere too! |
