| 60 /100 Boatside Inn (Bar) WARDEN, HEXHAM “On the north bank of a very pretty stretch of the wide but not so deep river Tyne, this pub is impossible to miss as you cross the bridge from the main road. it has a large car park, but this is understandable given that the pub is geared up mainly for people seeking a good meal, something which it succeeds in . The furniture and decor are a little bland but the set-up is suited for dining with large tables and ample space on them for all the dishes and extras. It is a pub though and the full range of drinks including a few ales are available.“ |
