TheRimmer (2), Florida does not count - explanation | | January 15, 2004 Superbly impressed by the beer and food. Heaping portions of food and the best beer from a brewpub I've had yet. The prices are pretty decent and well worth it. The beer sampler is insanely huge and none of them are drain pours. Notice of interest: the rat stout and the rat stout float. | | unclebleen (17), California | | January 13, 2004 A nice brewpub with above average beers and excellent food. The location is also prized, as it is smack dab in the middle of the Ybor Village. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the service was gracious. The steak was tender and succelent. I'd be here quite often if I still lived in the area. Check it out. | | jeffc666 (86), Fairfax, Virginia | | January 12, 2004 Tampa Bay Brewing Company has some great beers available and they offer what might be the best sampler bargain to be had: 13 beers for $7.50! The size of the sampler varies depending on what’s available, but they give you everything that it is available, including whatever is on cask. Their food is very good and generally complements the beers well. | | joet (43), Fulton, California | | January 7, 2004 I was impressed by the brews, atmosphere and service. The place around the corner offered more in terms of selection. | | matta (91), Tampa, Florida | | January 5, 2004 [ Updated September 18, 2004 ] IMO- This is Florida’s Prize Brewpub, No Crap!! The building is over 75 years old but it has been adapted into a fantastic eatery and brewery. All the beers are terrific, and the food is top notch. I frequent TBBC at minimum once a month. They also tend to have the largest beer sampler I have ever seen, IT WILL ROCK YOU! |
