Large place with a maze of stairs and railings. The bar is a simple spot in the back near the brewing equipment. A couple of TV with some sports on... the beer is very good, worth visiting.

The best pub in town for quality brews. Good selection and quality food, and quite knowledgable staff. Must see.

Easy to find. Pretty good food. Service is usually prompt. Quite a few beers on tap ~10 usually. They have average and above average beers. A couple of excellent ones. If you can get there in the spring, they have a Belgian Tripel that is delectable. Free popcorn. Smoking is in the bar area only.

The location is very friendly, in a nice part of downtown right in-between two beautiful parks, across the street from several museums. Parking is worth note, as you don’t have to worry about it. The atmosphere is very friendly and beer appropriate. You can see all the brewing equipment through windows behind the bar. The quality of the place is 1st class, very clean and classy. This is a family place, not a smoky brewpub. Their beers are great, they always have around 9-12 different beers on tap. Many of their beers are award winning quality ales. They have beers to satiate any beer lover except the journeyman belgiophile or lambic lover. This is the oldest brewpub in Boise, also the largest. This location is has a 10bbl system in the brewpub and a bottling plant at a separate location. Their Nut Brown is renowned and even featured in an issue of BYO as the best in the region. They are not style biased and make almost every kind of beer. The highlight of this place I believe (aside from their top notch beers) is their food. The food selection is extremely diverse and easily the best tasting out of all of the Boise brewpubs. This is a great place to come and get a memorable dinner and a few pints or even a large sampler to try some of the best selection in Boise.
