25 reviews for Oslo Mikrobryggeri
| PeterA (11), Virginia | | July 24, 2007 A friendly place for tourists to go. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. The locals were willing to strike up conversation. The beer was not the best I’ve ever had, but was clearly better than average. There were 5 or 6 beers on tap. I was surprised by how few people were there, but that was the same for the whole city. Good selection of music being played, although there was nothing live when I was there (I was staying close by, so I went in 3 consecutive nights). | khytre (6), Oslo, Norway does not count - explanation | | July 4, 2007 The atmosphere is not the best, but as it is the only brewpub in town it is the best we have :) And some of the brews are excellent! | | Rastacouere (475), Montréal, Quebec | | May 29, 2007 A rather typical brownish bar, rather small, but efficiently disposed furniture makes a lot of sitting spots. Extremely expnsive prices, up to Oslo’s standards, but the beers were some of the best I had in Norway, possibly right behind Nogne O. Wide range by Norwegian standards too. | | altonbrownd (77), Amsterdam, Netherlands | | December 28, 2006 The beers here are very good. I was turned off by fact that all 5 beers arrived at once when I ordered the sampler. By the time I got to the porter and IPA, they were flat. They serve no food and small batch of nuts also costs 30 kroner (USD5 - 4 euros). Nice venue but cold and empty (much like the country?) Beers very good, though. | | Furseth (15), Kungälv, Sweden | | October 24, 2006 This is my favorite When I´m in Oslo. Since I are there seldom, I get nowing new beers everytime I visit.
Staff now there beer, and I was lucky one time, I meet the brewer, and have a nice talk with her. | thebelly (1), does not count - explanation | | September 24, 2006 This is one of the nicesest pubs in Norway! Watch out for beautifull and medium to big breasted girls behind the bar. By far the best bier on tap in Oslo. Also notice excellent live music every other saturday. Well worth a visit! | | radiomgb (31), Peterborough, Ontario | | July 29, 2006 Fair sized brewpub, lots of seating. They had 7 beers on tap when I was there in May 2006. The no smoking ban is a real plus. The brewing equipment is visible from inside. The only drawback is that its really expensive, as is all of Oslo. My 5 1/2 pint samples cost me 150 Kroner (~$27 Canadian). Excellent beers is a plus. Worth a visit for sure. | | stouby (49), Holbaek, Denmark | | May 20, 2006 Visited 2006.05.18. The place is like a merger of a cafe and a pub. 10 taps with their own beer. Tried their IPA and Stout. The waiters were frindly, informative and asking you to find the best beer for you. I’ll be beck, not for the place, but for the beer. | | KnutAlbert (150), Oslo, Norway | | December 27, 2005 The strongest beers (varies with the season) tend to be the best. Try the IPA if they have it on tap. | | yngwie (82), Kristiansand, Norway | | November 24, 2005 [ Updated May 11, 2008 ] In addition to their own beers, they have a selection of spiritous and other beverages. They have an Italian-inspired restaurant across the street. Even though the beers are not world-class, you should visit this brewpub and sample their beers. It’s one of only five Norwegian brewpubs. The house beers changes with the seasons, even though some are regulars. |
