Very nice ambiance. Solid tap selection and a very well rounded bottle selection. Shy on some of the bigger abv bottles/drafts availible in the bay area. Looks like what you might imagine a great beer bar would look like, but falls a little short of the amazing selection you imagine would go along with it. It’s pricey, but the atmosphere is worth it at least on occasion.

This truly is one of Florida’s best beer bars! They specialize in more of the European flare, meaning less American micros and more Belgian style and such . They do try to keep something boldly hoppy on draft but that cannot be guaranteed. The prices are a bit ridged, making it not the kind of place you would want to go and have 6 glasses but Independent stresses quality over quantity anyway. I bet you will love this place…. I do!
