Jet black colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, dark cocoa, pumpernickel, spicy hints of rye, liquorice, salted liquorice, cautious fruity hoppy overtones with a blueberry touch. Taste is slightly bitter, roasty dark malty, slightly bitter and fruity hoppy, minimally metallic, slightly chocolately, notes of dark chocolate, dark cocoa, pumpernickel along with a sweetish touch of treacle, hints of blueberry, some cherry, a spicy touch of rye and liquorice. Superbly balanced, rich and complex, very drinkable nonetheless. Very good!

kaserov (2320) - Oviedo, SPAIN - MAY 27, 2017Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de cuatro dedos de grosor (buena retención y apariencia grumosa). Carbonatación suave. Textura oleosa. Increíble y complejísimo aroma. Notas de malta tostada, cacao, calabaza, canela, cardamomo, ligeros ahumados, especias por un tubo. Super especiada, pero a la vez licorosa y tostadota. Sabor fortón, más dulce que otra cosa, con mucho cacao y maltas tostadas, con la canela y el cardamomo muy presentes (sobre todo al final, de toque picoso y licoroso. Postgusto especiado (mucha canela de nuevo). Una delicia de mucha complejidad.
