Aroma is roast malts. Flavor is roasty with a full body, finishes quite bitter, dry and roasty with a slight spicy character.

Beautiful creamy beige steady light brown head, which lasts for a long time and leaves a very nice lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke and coffee. Good mouthfeel. Pours clear, golden deep amber to dark brown with a creamy, dense and light tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, dark breadish and vague hardroasted acidic. The flavor is hard to describe except to say in that the obvious that it gave it an oyster flavor! Was also bitter and had a dry finish. Anyway it tasted pretty good which is the most important thing.
