UPDATED: AUG 22, 2023 0.5 can, from a random store in Timisoara, Romania. Pours black to dark brown color with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and caramel. Smooth and very well balanced. Taste of malts with light notes of roasted malts. Easy and refreshing, medium carbonated. Although it's high on alcohol, it doesn't feel like that at all. Palate - roasted malts. Very satisfied with this one.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2023 Old Untappd checkin, July 31, 2016. Malty, caramel, pleasant bitterness, and a slightly warming finish. Very solid macro beer.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2023 Getrunken als „Silva Lager Negru Premium“. Klare, sehr dunkle Farbe (mit leichtem Rotschimmer). Sehr cremiger Schaum - der aber nicht lange hält. Ne ganz, ganz große Portion Dunkelmalz. Sehr röstig, aber ohne dabei bitter zu sein. Leichte Schokoladennote, ein Hauch etwas zu dunkel geratenes Karamell. Gute Substanz. Ein interessanter und gut gemachter dunkler Bock. Hab ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an polnischen, russischen und tschechischen Bieren geboten. Und preislich auch ganz OK.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2023 Smell-malt, weak hops maybe. Foam- weak malt, faint roast, faint dark chicholate faint caramel, some bitter tones. Head is medium sized, medium dark brown. Sticks. Apoearance-simple can, clear dark ruby color. From-pint Taste-malt, weak roast, faint rye, bitter tones then some sweetness. Very malty with faint roast. I like it, reminds me of of my local porters a bit.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 Smells licorish and chocolatey, smells sweet. Strongly roasted malts, almost burned taste. Coffee, sweet chocolate, and dark fruits. On the sweeter side and finishes dry.

Taste; roasted sweet malts, fermented cherry fruit, soft nuts, yeast, prunes, nut fudge, dark herbal malts, and finishes to the fruity dark malted side. Feel; good body and okay co². UPDATED: SEP 15, 2022 Barwa ciemnobrunatna, z drobnopęcherzykową pianą, która szybko redukuje się do wąskiej obwódki. W aromacie nuty karmelowe i melanoidynowe, w tle rodzynki. W smaku wytrawne, nieco pustawe, krótkie, melonaidynowe. Na finiszu, wyraźna, średnia goryczka o lekko ziołowym i czekoladowym charakterze. Nisko wysycone, średnia pełnia.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2022 Malt, chocolate and coffe aroma. Amber body. Nice looking beige head. Lacing. Nice but kind of empty. Sweet yet dry.
