UPDATED: APR 7, 2020 Bottled. Hazy, dark golden colour with decent, hop scented white head. Lots of citrussy and tropical hop aromas with quite much malty nose. Citrus zest, pineapple, caramel, and a bit too malty sweetness. Medium to full body, thick, oily texture, medium carbonation, smooth bitter finish. A great IIPA.

Bottle. Dark barleywine appearance with sediment. Scent is mild ethanol stone fruit and some ethanol. Taste is funky Stone fruit and mild sour properties. Very strange and funky. Finish is earthy. Great beer, a bit strange.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber, with a three fingers think creamy orangy white head. Big sweet malty sweet and piney aroma, just what I love. Bittersweet taste of hops and caramel with hone hints, with a big bitter but not excessive aftertaste and a light alcoholic burning... Yes, just my kind of DIPA.

Color arancio con pochissima schiuma ha profumi di frutta tropicale. In bocca ha inizio eccessivamente maltato e di caramello con intenso amaro finale un poco metallico.

Presenta naranja oscuro con media corona de espuma de corta retención, aromas a fruta tropical, caramelo, resina, licor, miel, cítricos y uvas pasas, en boca entrada potente con fuerte amargor, siguen notas semidulces, cuerpo pleno y media carbonatación, largo retrogusto amargo y seco, cerveza compleja y equilibrada, aunque se aprecia demasiado el alcohol.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2017 33cl bottle at catraio. Hazy dark gold orange. Thin white head. Medium bitterness and light to medium sweetness. Aroma and flavour is mango, pine, resin, fruity.

Bottle 0.33l from Mikkeller Advent Christmas Calendar. 04.12.2017. Pour it dark amber color with no head. Aroma sweet orange zest, pine. Taste grapefruit, little bit flat, sticky bitterish syrupy note, not really fresh. I think this botyle is 6 months old, medium carbonation, thin feel, eucalyptus after taste. Hm!

Bottle 33cl from Mikkeller Christmas calendar. Pours clear copper, small white head. Citrus, caramel,malts, pine, resin in the aroma. Sweet, bitter,grapefruit, fruity flavor.

Color ambarino corona de espuma blanca, aromas a caramelo con notas frutales, sabor caramelo ligeramente resinosa, final dulce cuerpo denso.

I Beat yoU (supongo que es un juego de palabras que hace referencia al elevado número de IBUs de esta cerveza). Color naranja, oscuro, casi ámbar y bastante turbio, con capa de espuma de un blanco sucio de tres dedos de grosor (buena retención). Carbonatación suave. Textura cremosa. Aroma a fruta tropical y cítricos, mezclados con mucha resina, pino y malta caramelizada. Huele realmente potente. En boca entra casi dulce, con buena base de malta caramelizada, fruta tropical, ligeros cítricos, pino y mucha resina. Final verdaderamente amargo y duradero. El postgusto mete mucho miedo, puedes estar saboreando resina una hora. Alcohol perfectamente integrado. Hasta ahora, la DIPA de Mikkeller que más he disfrutado con diferencia. Igual la fecha también ayuda (embotellada hace tres meses).
