UPDATED: MAR 6, 2024 Sehr leckeres, komplexes, fruchtiges Bier. Gut ausbalancierte tropische frische Frucht, leicht würzig, unaufdringliche Bitterkeit. Nicht zu süß.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2024 Appearance: Cloudy gold with a good white head. Aroma: Belgian yeast, tropical hop, pale malt, apples, pears, apricots, melon. Taste: Medium dry, fruity, spicy, malty. Complex. Light plus ending hoppy bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Good.

A: coriander, bath soap, apple peel, unripe pear, citrus zest. T: sweetish apple, wheat, celery, bread, soapy coriander. F: grassy hops, wheat, dry apple, soap. P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Decent, slightly unusual Tripel; bit soapy but also refreshing.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2023 Hazy golden colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, pineapple. Grassy, citrussy with nice tropical fruitiness. Fruity, bitter and citrussy. Nice tripel.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2023 Copenhagen 23´4/3 2023. 33 cl bottle from Belgisk Brug, Emdrup Mosevej, Kbh. NV. Turquoise label with what looks like an fragmented orange Sea Horse. Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing. Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a healthy amount of alcohol and a whiff of citrus. Sweet pale malts, bread. Hard, slightly metallic edge of alcohol. Citrus and grains. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by rather strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry. Tripel mixing bitter hops with a boozy, malty presence.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2023 Smell-weak to medium, Belgian yeast, banana, faint wheat. Foam- thin, weak fruits, weak bitter tones, weak hops, faint Belgian yeast. Head is large and white in color. Sticks. Appearance- simple label, beer-specific cap color. Clear yellow, medium carbonation. From - pint Taste - hops, fruits, Belgian yeast, some odd bitter-sweetness in the mix. Aftertaste also feels off. Was promising, but it ended up being meh.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2022 Bottle. Blonde color massive white head, sticky, laciing, and lots of sediment and flaky particles. Lots of crisp pale malts super bready and biscuiy. Belgian yeast providing fruity and juicy notes. Backed by tons of oversea hops for fruity and citrusy flavors. Taste curve is awesome, super sugary malt sweetish balanced with strong bitterness and sourness. Important ABV mild fuel notes, pleasing, intense spcy finish. Fantastic stuff!
