UPDATED: DEC 31, 2022 Draught. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is nutty, some toffee, mild toasted notes along with some wooden, floral and mild earthy notes. Flavour is nutty, some toffee, alcohol and mild toasted notes and some wooden and floral notes. Mellowly bitter.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours hazy darkish copper brown with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and roast, with notes of malt and touches of fruit and yeast. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with nutty notes and touches and malty and estery hints. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with roasty and estery notes. A nice one.

On tap @ Roll Madrid. Brown color, creamy beige head, good retention and nice lacework. Aroma is light hoppy with some hints of toasted malt notes. Flavor has a decent bitterness, notes of dry fruits, some burnt caramel. Bittery final with notes of burnt malts. Nice...

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Clear amber beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is light and dry and fairly crisp. Smooth malts, a very light creamy sweetness with a mild earthyness as well. Nice juicy tropical fruits with a startling and very clear blackcurrant streak. Finishes smooth and dry with pine and hop spice emerging. A very tasty brown ale.

Pours a brown color with a foamy white head. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus and tropical fruits, and caramel and chocolate. Flavor is chocolate, caramel, and nutty/toasty malts, and the citrus and tropical fruits hops. Handsome carbonation, a smooth body, and moderate bitterness. Great beer.
