Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours hazy darkish copper brown with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and roast, with notes of malt and touches of fruit and yeast. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with nutty notes and touches and malty and estery hints. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with roasty and estery notes. A nice one.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Clear amber beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is light and dry and fairly crisp. Smooth malts, a very light creamy sweetness with a mild earthyness as well. Nice juicy tropical fruits with a startling and very clear blackcurrant streak. Finishes smooth and dry with pine and hop spice emerging. A very tasty brown ale.
