UPDATED: AUG 18, 2023 Understated confident design. The world needs this brew and will come a knocking. Cloudy golden yellow. Big bloomy head. Yeasty estery nose. Sour tasting, sharp bitter, pillowy mouthfeel. Bitters disguise the boozy flavours. Has alc burn though. Pretty unique beer! It's just a blond? One probably enough! Not really a sipper somehow. UPDATED: AUG 14, 2023 Birra dal colore dorato con una abbondante schiuma bianca abbastanza persistente. Al naso prevalgono note floreali, fruttate. In bocca è abbastanza frizzante con note di fruttate, agrumate, e frutta candita. Birra corposa con una buona gradazione alcolica ed un finale amaro.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2023 Super crispy, I really like this beer as a change from my more usual IPAs. I think it's a lager come pale ale! It comes in at a MASSIVE 8.5° but you'd never know without reading the bottle. It successfully combines a light freshness + bittersness + WOW power. Always good for a change.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma and flavour are citrus, yeast, and spices - with a slightly bitter finish.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2023 Bottle from Edeka, Hamburg - clear golden color, white head. very flavorful, fresh strong ale with a tiny sugar taste. it remains a mystery how Duvel can hide the alcohol so well. Nice.
