COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Avaialable in 500ml bottles. A sparkling medium dry cider made from a blend of 11 apples. Previously 6.5%.
NOTE: Not to be confused with the various "Farm Pressed" ciders (which may be semi-sparkling) sold in 1 litre glass flagons or with the still cider sold only on draught or in plastic containers drawn from the barrel.

Made with a blend of at least 11 varieties of vintage cider apples.
The ancient craft of blending vintage Somerset cider apples to produce fine ciders has been handed down through generations. In our orchards we grow 40 varieties oon more than 7,000 apple trees. In the autumn the fruit is harvested, blended and pressed. The juice is then fermented and matured in oak vats.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2022 Bottle from Scrattings. Pours a clear gold, some bubbles. This one has a certain yeasty funk note giving it some better character than the other 2 Burrow Hill ciders I have tried. Some wood, apple pith and skins, dry finish, quite tasty.

Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London. Fresh mature apples, plenty of manure notes. Semi dry, low acidity.

Color dorado, translúcido, sin apenas espuma. Carbonatación media. Textura acuosa y ligeramente chispeante. Interesante.

500ml bottle (Kaubamaja, Tallinn) (7:3:6:4:13=3.3)
Lovely woody aroma, sweaty and funky. Dry and sharp apple skins taste. Tart bite in the mouth, and in the finish, woody, a bit of dry tart funk. Nice clear cider, had a rich gold colour and a fizzy head.

Sampel butelki w Chmielarni. Aromat mocno jabłkowy, brettów w ich charakterystycznej formie nie ma. Smak dosyć wytrawny, smak jak jabłecznik. Smaczne.

Jeśli bretty to raczej w formie siana, jakichś rustykalnych klimatów. Smak wytrawny, w aromacie słodko, szarlotkowo, jakiś nawet cynamon. Ok
