COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father’s Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It’s not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

DraftDodger (7604) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 6, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 1, 2019 Copenhagen 6/3 2017. 65 cl bottle from Høkeren. Chaotic Gaelic looking label with a couple of gold medals, a map showing the way to their Novato based brewery and signatures for the owner and the brew master. There is not room for much more. Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as very thin patchy layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma of fermented fruit, peach, mango and a solid dose of grape fruit. Strong carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is quite thin and watery. Medium sweet followed by slightly more distinctive bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but thin. I would imagine it’s very refreshing on a hot summer day - but way too thin to be excellent.
