TET (6063) - Kaarina, FINLAND - AUG 11, 2023
UPDATED: AUG 11, 2023 A dark brown beer, a head is almos medium and beige. Aroma has dried fruitness, prune, apricot. Taste has sweetness of dried frutis, prune, light spicyness and raisin, pretty fresh. Medium+ bodied, quite high carbonation. Dark and dried fruitness, still surprisingly fresh. Good beer.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2023 Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a mahogany colour with a thinnish creamy beige head. Aromas of dark fruits, berries, nuts, caramel and toasty brown bread. Taste has more red berries, nuts and caramel with some added chocolate and a slightly tart tang on the finish. Thinnish watery body with average carbonation. Quite decent and pleasant to drink but nothing special at the same time.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2023 Creamy off white head on a dark brown body. Malt, caramel & peanut aroma. Medium bodied, smooth soft & creamy with a clean back. Malt, smoked, burnt & caramel tastes with a lightly hopped fruity finish. Boring.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2022 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a dark murky reddish-brown, small off white top. Aroma has a sour red ale note with chocolate, something chemical, earth; interesting but odd. Taste of figs, berries, dark malt with chocolate edge, brown sugar, earthy hops with decent bitter kick; nice! I was worried from the aroma that this was going to be unbalanced but it works with a nice level of complexity. Medium bodied, rich but not overdone.

Gut abgestimmtes, interessantes Dubbel. Glückwunsch! 08-2019

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2022 Ready to open a 33 cl bottle of Moose Blues that came from Etre Gourmet back this summer. I choose my Teku glass for this one, let’s proceed. The appearance is a mahogany body completed by taupe tan skim that remains steady by the constant carbonation. The smell is good by me, figs, raisins and earth. And the glass is lifted for a drink. Pretty decent also, I get dates, wheat bread, dark fruit, malt, hay and a small touch of chocolate. The sensation is fuller than I expected and I also get some bitterness at the finish. All right in one of my favorite styles.

Moyen.
