UPDATED: JAN 10, 2024 Draft at La Cucina. Pale golden pour, cloudy, slight white head. Citrusy aroma, piney, hoppy. Similar to the Woods & Water, a nice balance of grapefruit and pine, softt, light lingering bitterness.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2022 Amber color, pine resin aroma. Flavor matches the aroma, a little sweet malt followed by a bitter citrus finish.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2022 Clear tarnished golden hue with a thick rocky off white head. Lovely Centennial hop aroma with leafy floral resin with a notable grapefruit zest. Crisp semidry flavor that’s pale and clean, lightly leafy and lightly grapefruity with a balanced, gentle bitterness.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2022 Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a big sudsy white head that has decent retention. The aroma is medium in strength with pine and citrus. The taste is bitter hops forward with hops that are both piney and citrusy. The malt base is distinctly bready and works well with the hops. The palate is very full--almost chewy. Finishes long and dry with lingering pine resins. Overall: Top shelf APA

Bottle (1 pint 0.9 oz). Pours gold with white head and some lacing. Pine and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine overtop a light bready malt base. Effervescent mouthfeel. Medium-long, dry finish.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2021 Pours a hazy golden with a fairly wimpy white head. Nose is juicy nectarine, lemony biscuit. Such a fun bitter bite here.... An easy bite, pine, resin, good balance and feel.
