pityu (911) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 5, 2021UPDATED: JAN 5, 2021 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, medium-sized sturdy white head. Citrussy and floral aromas, a bit grassy tone. Sweet and sourish malty taste, sourdough, decent citrussy and tropical notes. Moderate bitterness, slightly acidic, medium carbonation, crisp texture, slightly bitter and funky finish. Nice summer refreshener.
kolemkoukolem (3955) - Pilsen and Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 9, 2019UPDATED: OCT 9, 2019 # 420; 8/2016. Výborná IPA. Plná a přitom svěží, ovocná, hořce mandarinková.
lavaaaron (3585) - - MAY 28, 2018UPDATED: MAY 28, 2018 The aroma on this is very pungent in a way that really hits the nostrils. The gold yellow with a head that dissipates quickly. This has the typical mikkeller bitterness that is not like a ipa bitter but but a tanniny bitter. There is barely a note of hop aromas and is not an ipa in the way we are used to them here in the US. A lot of mikkellers beers start to taste the same like they are just a different shade of the same color.
asheft (3161) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 1, 2017UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 Aroma is a blend of horseblanket, cherries and apricots in front of soda cracker pilsner malt. Hazy orange under a persistent, white blanket. Woody farmhouse and stone fruit flavour with medium bitterness and almost vinous white grape notes. Medium body, medium carbonation, almost crisp.
alexsdad06 (17910) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 26, 2017UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 Bottle from backlog notes. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale wheat malts, lemon citrus, grass, mild Brett character, mild bitterness, good.
ehaak26 (837) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 8, 2017Bottle from A.J.'s Beer Warehouse. Really impressive hay flavors with some grass and floral notes.
jc1762 (2365) - JAPAN - OCT 4, 2017Can poured into a snifter showing lightly filtered dark yellow with half a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of dry pine needles and lighter notes of cannabis.
The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Strong forward notes of brett funk and light Belgian yeast with a moderately sharp intense pine resinous bitterness on the finish that stretches to the finish. Brett on the attack rather than pine seems a bit unharmonious and strange.
skrip (230) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 23, 20174/13/13
On tap at Parker’s Pie Co. poured into a pint glass.
A~ light slightly hazy orange, with a nice head and crazy lacing. Also constant bubble motion.
S~ crazy citrus! A peppery saison sensation followed by more and more lemon/grapefruit citrus.
T~ overpowering citrus hops up front, followed by pepper, and a nice finish of some wheat characteristics.
M~ very nicely carbonated, dry, yet still smooth.
O~ how is this rated so low!? Maybe it’s better on draft, but this is seriously an incredible brew. If you have a chance to try it, do it without hesitation! Glad I also bought a bottle at HF.
evannell (3041) - Krakw, POLAND - AUG 22, 2017Kran w Craftownia. Jakoś sobie wkręciłem, że czuję beczkę. Taka drewniana gładkość.Kwaśność na średnim poziomie. Bretów spodziewałem się więcej, a tu masz, kultura.
Ganska oljig, bra bett i brskan men något ihumleprofilen känns mer jämntjockt än karaktärsfullt.
