Andrew196 (2500) - Katy, Texas, USA - JAN 1, 2021UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 Pours dark, thick, lasting beige head. Nose is chocolate bars and yes some graham goodness. Wood, nuttiness and cocoa from here. Medium bodied and super easy to drink. I like it!
tfontana (5486) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 4, 2020UPDATED: DEC 4, 2020 Can (9/28/20) pour from Lazy Dog Beer Shoppe. Appearance is dark, dark brown-mahogany (virtually opaque) with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger light brown rocky foam head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong, mellow roasted malt, milk chocolate, vanilla, lactose, marshmallow and graham cracker. Taste is stronger roasted malt (almost burnt), vanilla, lactose, milk chocolate, marshmallow, mild graham cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy-cream texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with moderate lingering dry bitterness. Overall, many of these S'more wanna-be stouts deliver a few of the described flavors but this one delivers them all. Perhaps a little thin in the mouthfeel, especially given it has the milk sugar but not many faults otherwise.
alexsdad06 (17905) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 21, 2020UPDATED: SEP 21, 2020 22 oz. bottle from notes. Pours a dark cola brown color with a medium sized khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor have mild roasted malt, sweet malts, chocolate, the marshmallows add some creamy vanilla character, Graham crackers, good.

There is dark chocolate galore in the aroma. It overtakes everything else. The body is around medium and it is smooth. Very sweet taste with a kind of dry, muted bitterness at the end. Lots of chocolate all around.
GTAEgeek (5624) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 2, 2020UPDATED: MAY 2, 2020 2017 or '18 bottle. Pours black, with a small, fleeting, beige head. The aroma is coffee, vanilla, burnt sugars, light soy, and rye spice. Sweet and sugary, with a pleasant, mellow bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, sharp palate. This is a quality stout. Don't cellar it, though! It hid in the back of my beer fridge for far too long...
