Well-rounded pale ale.
tontalus (1782) - - DEC 21, 2022UPDATED: DEC 21, 2022 Das Braufactum Palor enthält die selten verwendete Hopfensorte Polaris zusammen mit Cascade. An Malzsorten wird Pale Ale, Pilsner und Karamellmalz verwendet. Ich wollte schon lange mal aus Interesse das Polaris einbrauen, jetzt bin ich gespannt wie Braufactum das umgesetzt hat. Die Nase meldet nur leichte Eisbonbon Aromen, es dominiert das Malz mit Würze wie beim Export. Die üppige Schaumkrone ist gemischtporig und bleibt fingerdick stabil. Die Farbe ist opaler Bernstein - gerade noch so ein Pale Ale! Beim Antrunk kommt Karamell mit leichter Süße. Dabei sehr dominanter Körper. Die Hefe führt zu mittlerer Rezenz. Beim Abgang leichter Polaris Ansatz, der sich aber gegen den starken Karamell Körper nicht durchsetzen kann. Kennt jemand ein Bier, bei dem der Polaris besser zur Geltung kommt?

Goryczka ziołowa, na średnim poziomie, nieco łodygowa. Piwo generalnie nieco lepsze niż koncerniak czyli słabiutko.

“Palor” una Pale Ale de estilo americano, aunque no sea tan convencional en México encontrar cervezas alemanas con estilos que no sean los que históricamente le pertenecen a esa región, aquí un ejemplo de 5.2 ABV y 25 IBU's.
En apariencia existe una corona de espuma amplia, blanquecina, compuesta de perlas diminutas y casi homogénea, de una excelente retención, hermoso color dorado viejo o cobrizo, escasa turbiedad.
En aromas se pueden encontrar un perfil equilibrado en el que destaca por poco el carácter del lúpulo y las notas encontradas son flores blancas, cáscara de naranja, algo herbal, también caramelo y cereal, creo que tiene buena potencia para el estilo.
En boca presenta un cuerpo ligero sin ser acuoso, sensación de la carbonatación muy grata, no hostiga y le da viveza a la cerveza, es posible apreciar sabores similares a cáscara de naranja, caramelo, es floral, cereal, un toque discreto herbal y a chabacano, un poco más amarga sobre el dulzor que también manifiesta, final refrescante y regusto de duración media, aunque parece una cerveza discreta y reservada es muy agradable y esa conjunción del regusto del lúpulo y la base de maltas me a gustado mucho, recomendable.
