SebastianWise (9) - SPAIN - MAY 23, 2019 does not count UPDATED: MAY 23, 2019 Negra como un tizón y coronada por una capita de espuma muy persistente -cosa nada común en cervezas de esta graduación, y que se agradece-, esta delicia de los chicos de To Øl se deja beber con absoluto placer; los aromas y sabores prototípicos en una Imperial stout -chocolate, toffe y, aquí, mucha vainilla- están maravillosamente equilibrados, en un trago que resulta sedoso en boca, con cuerpo y con un dejo a chocolate negro más que persistente, sin empalagar ni lo más mínimo. Logradísima alquimia que logra que lúpulos a la moda -como los Simcoe, Sorachi y Centennial- vean atenuada su estridencia, en una receta que incluye lactosa y un largo envejecimiento en barrica. Sublime de verdad.
