UPDATED: JUN 9, 2022 From the Bottle 16/08/2013 Big roast aroma. Small beige head. Dark coloured rich on the palate and roasted with a dry and slightly bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2022 Bottle, backlog April 2014. Deep reddish body under a small, dense off-white head. Strong malty aroma, dark malt and chocolate. Taste is sweet, dark malt, chocolate, some fruit, moderate bitterness and hint of caramel. Fine body and medium lasting aftertaste with more distinct chocolate. Slightly unbalanced, but decent enough.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2019 Zwart bier met moois bruine schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter en ietwat droog met iets van koffie, karamel en een vleugje vanille en chocolade. Vol van smaak die lang blijft hangen. Erg goede stout wat mij betreft

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2019 Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up in town. Pours clear reddish brown with a frothy, beige head. Good stuff overall, with pleasant ashy roast, burnt tobacco, toasted candi sugar, earth, bitter chocolate. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Dry, bitter finish with further ashy roast and baking cocoa. Well rounded and toothy.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2018 Bottled, shared by my neihbor. Black, nice beige head. Solid stout, surprisingly bitter, but mainly from the malts, some coffee. Lasting bitter finish. Nice beer.

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2018 En copa, cerveza negra con una fina capa de espuma blanco hueso cremosa. Aroma demasiado suave para ser una stout, encontrando malta torrefacta y algo de café. En boca, textura ligera, acuosa y con cierto toque oleoso. En boca se intensifican sus aromas, con presencia marcada de café, malta torrefacta, y en nariz un golpe de alcohol. Una stout ligera, sin excesivas complicaciones, aunque un tanto floja si eres amante de las stouts.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2018 Mooie bruine gebrande stout met bezinksel. Ruikt moutig rokerig ruik en proef koffie. Droog van smaak. Lekkere volle verse gebrande koffie geur. Qua smaak profiel gemiddeld door net ff te droog ook te vlak in zijn rokerig smaak om echt verrassend te zijn. De bruine schuimkraag blijft niet lang maar wel mooi in laagjes aan het glas plakken. Alleen de kleur is echt lelijk. Oké stouts zijn bruin maar toch. Ik moet dit glas niet tegen het licht houden en gewoon meteen van de inhoud genieten. Proefglas

Pours dark brown, solid, frothy head, nice lacing. The aroma is dark malts, caramel, roasted malts, hints of dark fruits. The taste is coffee, dark chocolate, some sweet chocolate. Medium bodied, low carbonation, smooth on the palate. Quite nice.

Bottle from Damián Beer and ale. Let's make it stout evening tonight. This one didn't make me believe into it like a previous one, but let's say it's okay. It's more dry, less chocolate and more about everything roasted around. Still nice.
