Én malt, én humle – omend en god en af slagsen – og så vores husgær. Vi mener, hvor svært kan det være at skabe en god session-egnet American Pale Ale? Den har du her. Sommetider er brygning hårdt arbejde, sommetider er det en kunst, og sommetider er det bare som en gåtur i parken. Gå en tur, slap af på en bænk i solen. Vær dovne med os og nyd en ”Sloth”. Vi garanterer, at du ikke vil fortryde det. Vi er ikke stolte over at være syndere, men i det mindste er vi åbne omkring det...
English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2022 Half liter bottle from State Line Liquors, 7/15/22. Hazy dark orange large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of tangerine, grain. Taste is grainy malt, tangerine, leafy hop. Moderate bitterness. Decent.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2019 Bottle. Straw with light haze. White head. Aroma is flowery, grassy, honey, apple-pear. Sweet up front, progressing to a strong tang and light acidity. Strong bitter finish. Below average carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2018 Généreusemant fruitée, un peu résineuse, bonne amertume, format de 50 cl très facilement bue, légère. Très bien.

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrussy, bit herbal, fresh hops. Taste is hoppy, malty, herbal. Finish feels bit watery. Light to medium body. Quite nice, feels very easily drinkable

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2018 Luppolo che domina in questa birra che rimane comunque estremamente equilibrata. Piacevoli note agrumate e sentori di pesca. Buon corpo , schiuma non persistente, si fa bere con molta facilità. Buon finale amaro.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2018 Flaske. Let uklar orange gylden, ganske lidt skum, tynd ring. Let humle lidt kælder aroma. Smagen er helt lige til, medium bitter humle, uden megen kompleksitet, men god simpel APA.

Color dorado, translúcido y muy limpio, con capa de espuma blanca de dos dedos de grosor y buena retención. Carbonatación suave. Textura oleosa. Aroma a cítricos, hierba húmeda, algo de resina. En boca hay cítricos difusos, hierba húmeda, malta rancia, algo de resina. Amargor resinoso suave al final del trago. Meh.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2018 500 ml bottle at Taps Beer Bar in Plaza Arkadua, Kuala Lumpur, poured into a tulip glass. Appearance is a hazy golden orange hue, topped with half a finger of white froth with moderate retention and sticky lacing. Aromas are subdued, but mostly floral hops. Taste is light sweet malts and caramel, and a line and team bitter. Mouthfeel is ample, medium bodied.
