Danish: Not everything is what it appears to be. This is a wheat beer – but not your average yeasty mess. No this kitten got claws.

Tap (Copenhagen, Helsinki)
Light citrussy aroma, peachy and fruity. Similar taste, a little yeasty, some nice orangey citrus. A bit incipid, lacking some of the wheatiness I like.

ALIBALI (4265) - Kiel, GERMANY - JUL 7, 2016
Klasse. 0,2/Ca.4-5 Euro. Fass. 2tes BREMER BIERFEST 2016.

DruncanVeasey (10348) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 30, 2014
Tap, Henrik’s, Bergen, 27/10/14. Slim-necked opaque straw. Big juicy botanical aroma with lemon zest, gooseberry and spearmint: New World hop without a sniff of typical yeasty Belgian. Mint and zest, fresh botanical flavour with lemon oil and lean pale husk in the finish. Right in the Mallinsons ballpark. Ridiculous hop for a wheat. Bonus point.
